(CEO Mr. Alan Nan Wu). This partnership is aimed at collaborating in the field of green energy solutions.

Partnership Details:

-NWTN intends to supply green hydrogen and lithium battery energy storage systems.
-NWTN Group and DG Capital Group plan to collaboratively manufacture power systems integrating NWTN's batteries and DG Capital Group’s grid-forming inverters, DGR (Digital Grid Router).
-DG Capital Group intends to purchase these products from NWTN to meet future demand in both Japanese and global markets.

Project Overview:

Utilizing NWTN’s production capabilities, green hydrogen and lithium battery energy storage systems will be supplied to DG Capital Group.
